We provide day’s driven shooting of woodcock, snipe and wild *censored* pheasant for up to 6 guns. More guns may be accommodated upon application at an amended price. This description assumes clients are staying at the Farmhouse.
The morning starts at around 9am at the farmhouse when you will be guided to your first positions for the shoot once the beaters and dogs are in place, usually over the southwest of the estate by the river that supplies Lagavulin, with views over the Oa, the sea and Ireland beyond.
At mid morning there is a break and a wee nip of Donnie’s bramble vodka.
There is also a break for lunch back at Callumkill Farmhouse with a lunch involving lots of Callumkill meat – be it beef or lamb or venison.
In the afternoon the shoot will move to another location or two, higher up on the estate or over towards Airgh na Bheiste.
There will be few sweeties (drams) at the end the day by the fire back at the Farmhouse.
